This photo of Kathmandu valley was clicked from the Dhapasi height during Tihar – The festival of lights.  Tihar a five days long hindu festival comes soon after Dashain and is celebrated in Nepal by worshipping Goddess Laxmi, Kag (Crow) , kukur (Dog), Gai (Cow), Gobhardhan (Cowdung), Goru (Oxen) and Bhai (brother).

    Hey Bipin, I used Manual exposure, 2 sec, f/4.5, ISO 1600 and clicked at around 11 p.m.
